Important Notice for Participants

The All-Star Shootout Game (“Campaign”) is organized by Moët Hennessy Diageo Hong Kong Limited (“the organizer”). By participating (whether in whole or in part), you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions. The organizer reserves the rights of change to terms and conditions without prior notice, such changes are applicable to new and existing participants.
Participation is only open to Hong Kong residents of at least 18 years of age or older (“legal drinking age”).
The Campaign commences on 19 July 2023 at 00:00, HKT and ends on 9 August 2023 at 23:59, HKT (“Campaign”), for participants to learn more about and/or (virtual) experience and/or engage themselves with the Hennessy in the Paint and Hennessy through the Campaign.
The top 20 participants with the highest score in the shootout game (“Winners”) will each win one Hennessy Limited Edition Jersey (“award”). The organizer’s appointed agency will contact the Winners through their registered mobile number before 16 August 2023 at 23:59 for Award delivery to the respective Winner’s Hong Kong address through S.F. Express.
If participants would like to refer any of your friends who are aged 18 years or older to participate in this Campaign (“Referral"), participants must have obtained consents from each and every referral participants made, before sharing their email address on this Campaign website for their referral(s) to receive notification of the shootout game. Participants hereby declare to the organizer that (a) every referral participant has reached 18 years of age or older; and (b) every referral they have obtained consents from every referral to share their referral’s email address to receive information of this Campaign. 500 points will be entered into the participant’s score if their referral has each registered and played the shootout game.
The Campaign results and the winner list published on this Campaign website shall be final. The organizer reserves the right to determine a person’s eligibility to register for the Campaign and/or receive any awards.
The organizer reserves the rights to amend, change and suspend the terms and conditions. If any part of the terms and conditions is unclear, the organizer reserves the rights to interpret when deemed appropriate. By participating, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions. Should there be disputes, the organizer reserves the right to the final decision.
The organizer shall not in any event be liable for any inconvenience or user experience arising in any way whether from or in any connection with any system, server, transmission or connection failure, or any losses, injuries or damages arising from or in any connection with the campaign or the venue. The organizer reserves the right to amend, suspend, cancel, terminate the campaign. This term shall take effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Participants are required to provide information that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. The organizer takes no responsibility for incomplete, falsified, illegal, misdirected, corrupted or misinformed information provided by participants to the organizer and participants are responsible for any claim that may arise as a result therefrom.
The terms and conditions are written in English and translation of other languages may be provided for convenience. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any foreign language versions, the English version shall always prevail.
Persons of legal drinking age and older are advised to drink responsibly in consideration of personal health conditions and the safe drinking levels recommended or regulated by the relevant legislative council and/or regulatory authorities (including but not limited to Department of Health).
By providing your personal information (“PI”) to the organizer, you consent to the collection and use of your PI for the purpose of administrating this campaign and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to other Campaign participants, agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, if required, to the respective regulatory authorities of the Hong Kong S.A.R.. The organizer will also use PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://privacy-policy-ap.moethennessy.com/EN.pdf
In addition to any use that may be outlined in the organizer’s Privacy Policy, the organizer may use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the participants who have consented to receive direct-marketing messages from the organizer. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how participants may opt out from receiving further direct-marketing messages from the organizer, access, update or correct their PI, or how to make a complaint with the organizer regarding any misuse of their PI. By participating in the Campaign, the participants consent to the use and processing of his or her PI in accordance with the campaign terms and conditions.

Posts will be deleted if they promote inappropriate or excessive alcohol consumption

Disclaimer

Participants agree that their participation and access to the Campaign is at their sole risk and responsibility. By participating (whether in whole or in part), you agree that the organizer (including its respective officers, employees, agents and any of the NBA entities) shall not in any way liable for and fully releases them from all liabilities (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise, for any personal injury, or any loss or damages (including without limitation loss of opportunity), whether direct or indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the campaign including without limitation technical difficulties, equipment malfunction (whether or not under the organizer’s control); participants’ participation/taking part/experience of/with and access to the campaign and/or receipt of information provided thereof and/or expenses incurred; any variation of the terms of use; postponement or cancelation of the campaign.

The regular playing time shall be 1 period of 10 minutes. The game clock stopped during the Time-outs situations and last 30 seconds only. Score Limit: 21 points. Applies to regular playing time only

Substitutions

In dead ball situations, prior to the check ball The substitute can enter the game after his teammate steps off the court behind the end line opposite the basket. Substitutions require no action from the Referees or Table Officials.

Notes:

* A Player is considered to be “behind the arc” when neither of his feet are inside nor step the arc.
** No Protest Procedure in this tournament.
*** All players (including those with long-term illnesses and recessive diseases) are responsible for any injury, death or property loss during the tournaments.
